film adventures

Right now film cameras are #1 on my obsession list. I mean, how do you not loove the vintage and crazy beautiful roots of modern photography. 

Film makes you really appreciate photography in general, and suddenly every photo you take becomes like 100x more valuable. Spontaneous light leaks and negatives and manual focus and viewfinders and the element of surprise.... it's like photography has taken on a whole new level of perfection and I'm deeply in love with it. 

So here's to more farmers markets, road trips, flower fields, and adventures - and to bringing the film camera along for the ride.

inaugurating the beach season

wow. the last week has been beyond dreary weather wise (although, we have loved the rain) but the clouds broke apart this morn' and we hit the beach...

currently:

loving high school's aura.

reading Romeo and Juliet.

appreciating the now.

eating a lot of fruit.

pinteresting the heck out of town.

planning summer adventures.

trying to get a bit more fit.

attempting to be happy regardless of things going on.

busy being fantastic #jk

Antioxidants to Fuel the Last Month o' School

although we're enjoying our one AP free high school year, the projects are stacked high along with the final cramming...
fruit and antioxidant drinks are thus the go-to.
